The event will feature a variety of sketches in the best tradition of Scouting, but with a modern twist.
Lots of humour is promised at the show, which is billed as suitable for everyone from toddlers to grandparents.
Dean Murphy, who heads the show's commercial operations, said: "With the show costing in the region of £7,500 to produce, we are delighted that a prestigious local company such as Tamworth Audi has recognised the many opportunities and benefits that the show brings for our young people.
"Attracting a main sponsor is great news, but we still need to raise more money to reach our targets.
"There are many other ways in which local businesses can get involved with the Gang Show, such as through act sponsorship, donations and advertising in our professionally-produced programme."
Tamworth Audi's general manager, Rob Dunn, said: "We are delighted to be associated with a project as worthwhile as the Gang Show. The support we are providing underlines our commitment to the local community.
"The scouts and guides' spirit of self-improvement, personal achievement and adventure embodies everything that the Audi brand stands for."
The Tamworth Scouts and Guides Gang Show runs for four nights from Wednesday February 29 until Saturday March 3 and will take place at the new Landau Forte Tamworth Sixth Form Academy.
Tickets cost £6 and are available by calling 01827 317574.
