A MUCH-LOVED children's tale is coming to Lichfield Garrick this half term.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears will be at the Castle Dyke theatre from October 25 to October 29.

This panto-style show promises fun for the whole family, with bears, chairs and plenty of porridge.

The story follows Goldilocks on her adventures as the circus comes to town. Meet Goldilocks's father, the circus Ring Master, the hilarious Sarah the Cook and the nasty Baron.

When the Baron kidnaps the three bears, will the wise old crow be able to help Goldilocks and Simon to come up with a plan to rescue them?

Lichfield Garrick is inviting children to two special Teddy Bears' Picnic performances on Tuesday, October 25, where they can bring their own teddy to sit on their lap.

Every child who brings their teddy bear will receive a free bag of sweets.

Teddies admitted free.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears will be at the Lichfield Garrick from October 25 to and 29.

Tuesday and Wednesday shows are at 1pm and 4pm, Thursday and Friday shows are at 2.30pm, and Saturday at 1pm.

Tickets are £12.50, £9.50 (children) and family tickets £38 (two adults, two children).

They can be booked online at www.lichfieldgarrick.com

Alternatively, you can call the Garrick box office on 01543 412121.
