A NEW member has joined George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust's board of directors.

Kath Kelly recently took up the post of director of operations.

She joined the organisation from Heart of England Foundation Trust, where she occupied the same role.

Kath has held senior nursing and management positions in medical and surgical specialities.

She also played a key role in helping Heart of England achieve Foundation Trust status.
