A SHOW by one of the UK's top Pink Floyd tribute acts, In The Flesh, which was due to take place in Tamworth this weekend has been postponed – after a band member suffered a severe hand injury.

The group was due to perform at Tamworth Assembly Rooms on Saturday (February 20).

A spokesman said: "We are sorry to report that due to the bass player suffering a severe hand injury, please see Polly's Blog on the band website www.intheflesh.co.uk for the full horrific details, our show at Tamworth Assembly Rooms will now be rescheduled to Thursday, April 29.

"All tickets for the rescheduled dates are still valid.

"However, if for any reason you can't make the rescheduled date you can obtain a refund from the point of purchase.

"We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused."
