AN ELFORD pre-school has been commended by government inspectors during a recent visit.

Mease Valley Pre-School was described as "good" by Ofsted inspectors who said it provided "a welcoming environment where children's individual needs are inclusively and consistently met".

Inspector Lucy Showell said in a report: "The knowledgeable staff team are committed to creating an ethos for the setting which enables children's progression well."
