Harris delivers as Orton ease home
WATER ORTON CC FIRST (207-8) beat FILLONGLEY CC (117) by 90 runs
ED Harris' fine all-round performance helped Fillongley to a crushing win over their North Warwickshire rivals.
Batting first, Water Orton got off to a positive start through Harris (36) and Matthew Dawes (16).
Aden Murray (19) and Gary Crouch (22) pushed the score forward but it was Grant Roscorla (49) and James Lloyd (30) who produced the major contributions, taking the score to 207-8.

Dan Brooks (11) and Chris Moore (38) gave Fillongley a solid start.
Phil Hammond (25) and Kyle Taylor (16) also added valuable runs but Fillongley suffered a collapse from 104-3 to 117 all out.
Harris was the main thorn in Fillongley's side, grabbing 6-8 in five overs while Richard Morgan (3-25) and Michael Bevan (1-32) also claimed wickets.
