Marcus can help us reach new heights
SO that is it for the season 2011/2012.
We have experienced highs and lows and a whole range of emotions throughout the year.
Now that the dust is starting to settle I feel that, on the whole, it has been a successful campaign.
The club will again be plying its trade in the top tier of non-league football which is increasing in stature year upon year.

We have experienced one of the biggest games in the club's history away to Premiership giants Everton in the third round of the FA Cup and importantly, as staff, we have got to know more about Tamworth, its fans and traditions.
Rest assured that work to prepare a squad of players committed and able to secure and improve the longevity of the club is underway.
I believe with Marcus at the helm we can advance and improve year upon year and take Tamworth to new levels.
The work ethic, focus and modern ideas that Marcus brings to the club are hard to come by at this level.
Support by Dale Belford and Paul O'Brien has been second to none throughout the year and together the trio form a backroom staff that is in my opinion far superior to the stature of club we are.
This will certainly act as an instrumental factor in bringing players of the right calibre and attitude in to play for Tamworth FC.
Though the Conference season has finished in the main and the league places have been established it is still unclear who will be joining us in the divisional line up next year.
The Play-offs will provide an accelerated version on the season with agony and ecstasy present for all to witness in the three games to be played.
Some, like ourselves, have the luxury of knowing their destiny and having an extended break to recover and prepare for new challenges ahead while others may have to reshuffle and faces challenges in a lower division.
From our point of view though, as I say, we will take a break but the planning for next season is already very much on the agenda.
