Manager Fulford said: "We are not going to get much tougher games than this for pre-season and that's exactly what we want.
"At the end of last season, we decided that we wanted to go down the route of tougher friendlies
"We want to be tested at the end of the day.
"We could play teams from lower leagues and you might win the game but is it going to benefit us in the long term?
"Teams like Solihull and Barwell will certainly give our defenders something to think about and that's what we want.
"We want them to be challenged, it will help them get sharper.
"And, in general, playing stronger sides will mean we have to work on our organisation and get on the ball as much as possible because, otherwise, the opposition will hurt us.
"I just think it's important for us to have a tricky pre-season because we want to get ourselves ready for what will be a tough campaign next year.
"The Midland Combination Premier hasn't been confirmed yet but we could be facing sides like Atherstone, Lichfield City and Bromsgrove Sporting, along with the strong sides from last season.
"So it won't be easy and we need to make sure we are on the ball from the word go."
Fulford hasn't given up hope of signing talented winger Luke Edwards.
The former Tamworth, Hednesford and Atherstone attacker is on Fulford's wish-list as he looks to bolster his squad.
"We have spoken to Luke and he seems keen but has other clubs to talk to," said Fulford.
"We are in the Midland Combination Premier and Luke might be looking to play higher.
"But what we have to do is sell the Football Club to him and show him what we are looking to achieve here.
"We want to build a club here and I feel Luke would fit in well.
"He's had a fair few clubs in the last few years and yet he's still young. I'd like to make him a part of Bolehall and help him settle down at a club that I believe can push forward."
Bolehall, meanwhile, have been boosted by a new sponsorship deal with Christopher's Jewellers in Tamworth.
"Chris Duffy at Christopher's have been fantastic supporters of the club over the last couple of years and, as a club, we can't thank them enough," said Fulford.
"They are what this town is all about, a local business supporting its local football club and we are gratefeul to all they do for us."
