TAMWORTH Arts Cub is in the last month of rehearsals for Copacabana.

Things are starting to take shape, and the spectacle of 1940's New York will soon be on the Assembly Rooms' stage.

However, as this show reaches its conclusion the next show draws ever near.

The Club will be performing another all singing, all dancing show with West Side Story in October and is urging any keen Jets or Sharks to come and join them.

Rehearsals for this show will start immediately after Copacabana so there's no time to waste.

Copacabana takes to the stage from April 14 to 17 at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2pm.

The opening night will be BSL signed by volunteers from Tamworth Signs for Worship and £1 from each ticket sold on the opening night will be donated to 'Hearing Dogs for Deaf People'.

Tickets are available from Tamworth Information Centre or call 01827 709618
