Tamworth Male Voice Choir to perform
THIS month Tamworth Male Voice Choir will be holding its Spring Charity Show in aid of Tamworth Talking Newspapers and Staffordshire Air Ambulance.
This year musical director Andrew Smith has cast a new theme on the spring charity event.
In the past guests were asked to share the stage but this year it will be a complete show using local talent from across the community.
One of the area's top dance schools, the Aimee Louise School of Dance, will be sending a group to tread the boards.
And soprano Samantha Evans will perform a solo as well as joining the choir for a special number.
Musicians from Tamworth will entertain on the clarinet and piano.
The Tamworth Male Voice Choir
will also appear to perform
a variety of music, both traditional and modern.
The event will take place at the Coton Centre, on Comberford Road, on March 20.
The doors will open at 6.30pm, with the performance starting at 7pm prompt.
Tickets are priced at £6, and are available from Peter Cooper on 01543 480134 or from Tamworth Information Centre, in Market Street.
