Woman rescued after flat fire in Atherstone
Firefighters rescued one woman from a flat fire in Cooks Close, Atherstone, in the early hours of this morning (Friday, June 22).
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service received three calls at 4.08am to a flat fire, and the caller thought there may be someone in the property.

Crews from Atherstone, Nuneaton and Polesworth attended the fire at a three storey property, used as domestic flats.
The fire was located in the 2nd floor flat kitchen at back of the property.
