In this week's edition, readers can enter for the chance to win a 12-month gym membership at SnowDome Fitness!

Funded by a grant from the South Staffordshire Primary Care Trust, the gym memberships are part of Tamworth Borough Council’s Active Tamworth programme.
Twenty free memberships are up for grabs to those who live in the borough of Tamworth, are aged over 18, have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 28 and are not currently involved in any exercise.
You must also be willing to be used as a case study, to inspire readers as we monitor your progress in the Herald.
