Govt. needs to understand watered down beer ≠ watered down drunks; those of us that enjoy a decent pint without wrecking property or lives should not be penalised for the idiots who cannot hold their beer or refuse to. Fine them enough (if they're 14 yr. olds, fine the parents) to prevent them from drinking for a good while- say £1,000 for drunk and disorderly.”
