Another 'big cat' sighting in Tamworth
The creature was seen by Margaret Locke, the Musical Director of Tamworth Ladies Choir, who lives in Bonehill.
She told the Herald: "I could hear this noise and I thought it was cats fighting, so I got up and went to the window and saw that it wasn't cats fighting, it was one huge cat standing on my drive, howling.
"It stood there for around three minutes before sauntering off.
"I am not given to flights of fancy and I am absolutely sure of what I saw.
"It was around two feet long and its tail was about the same length again, curling up at the end.
"I have heard cat noises on and off several times in the last week and I didn't really think anything of it.
"It was quite a shock to see it was a big cat.
"I feel sorry for it really and I would like to see it protected," she added.
Last week the Herald reported on several sightings in Two Gates, the most recent being in June.
Over the last couple of years the creature has been spotted in numerous places, including Hopwas, Hints, Austrey, No Mans Heath, Warton and Measham.
