levels according to the NHS. Blood sugar can be a help or an enemy
to the body. If you are saying "I think I have diabetes" please
listen to a very important message.
There is not a cell in the body that
this not effected by high blood sugar, blood sugar is used for energy
in the body but when levels are too high it becomes a deadly poison
to the cells. This is the reason why diabetics suffer such serious
health complications. This is an illness that causes the organs to
fail. Kidney damage and liver failure are the result of too much
glucose in the blood. Did you know that diabetes increases your risk
for a sudden stroke or heart attack? It was revealed yesterday that
there is a 48% increase in heart attack from high blood sugar. Are
you saying " I think I have diabetes" then please understand that
the illness wears out the organs of the body.

Adult onset diabetes (Type 2 diabetes)
was once a very rare adult illness, this is not the case today. The
rate of children in the UK and USA with adult diabetes is booming. We
are seeing the early signs of liver and kidney failure in children
as young as 12 according to the World Health Organisation. If you
think this horrible illness has grabbed you it is time to step up and
do something. High blood sugar is a lifestyle illness that is very
unique to our generation. This is an illness that can be reversed
when you hit back at it. Do not become a victim, as the illness ages
your kidneys, heart and liver quickly. Over 4 million million lost
their lives to this illness last year

“High blood sugar + high insulin (as in diabetes 2) leads to inflammation of the arteries and veins, damaging the muscle leading to heart attack.
Simple remedy, low carb high fat diet. Reduces blood sugars significantly almost overnight, reverses the inflammation, reverses the muscle damage, keeps you off harmful drugs like metformin and statins.
The so called 'healthy' high grain low fat diet is responsible for both conditions. Statins just make it worse - and faster.
Rather than treating symptoms we should prevent reduce causes of Diabetes. pubmed/23181629 "Diabetes Prevalence 20%
Higher in Countries With Higher Availability of High Fructose Corn Syrup"
Rather than promoting low fat diets we should reduce foods containing sugars/fructose or are metabolised to sugars.
We should try to reduce consumption of everything that raises blood glucose high and/or fast. Eat only those foods humans evolved to consume. High fat, low carb, low glycemic index/load.
Damage to cell DNA is caused by oxidation from iron released from blood through inflammation so increasing natural anti-inflammatory reserves with more vitamin D3, Omega 3, magnesium, melatonin, will help.
It also helps to reduce excess IRON overload through regular Blood Donation (phlebotomy).
See "Elevated Transferrin Saturation and Risk of Diabetes" pubmed/21873562 Elevated transferrin saturation (iron) confers a two- to threefold increased risk of developing any form of diabetes”
